Pay: £92.63 - £120 per day (Depending on qualifacations and experience)

Protocol Education is recruiting confident and resilient Behaviour Support Workers to work across schools and alternative provisions in Wakefield.

The Role

• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support
• Help pupils develop coping and regulation strategies
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams
• Support pupils to access education successfully

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
