The company operates within the construction and infrastructure sector, delivering major projects involving multiple technical and construction disciplines.

The MEP Supervisor/Engineer will work within the project team alongside client and designer site teams, subcontractors and other project disciplines.

2. About the Role

The MEP Supervisor/Engineer will support the MEP Package Manager with the management and coordination of MEP trades across the project.

The role will involve coordinating with other project disciplines and supporting compliance with project requirements within the area of responsibility.

You will also monitor subcontractor scopes, identify changes and delays, and ensure relevant information is recorded and communicated to line management and commercial teams.

3. The key responsibilities for this MEP Supervisor/Engineer role are:

• Support the MEP Package Manager with the coordination of MEP trades

• Coordinate with other project disciplines and sections

• Maintain knowledge of subcontractor scopes within the area of responsibility

• Identify changes to subcontractor scopes

• Record delays and changes to scope

• Provide appropriate records to line management

• Provide relevant information to commercial teams

• Support project compliance requirements

• Work with client and designer site teams

• Coordinate with subcontractors within the area of responsibility

4. Experience required for this MEP Supervisor/Engineer role are:

• Experience working within MEP projects

• Experience coordinating MEP trades

• Experience working with subcontractors

• Understanding of subcontractor scopes of work

• Ability to identify and record changes and delays

• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
