We are currently looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary schools across Watford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA, graduate, childcare professional or someone looking to begin a career in education.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Working alongside class teachers to support engaging lessons
• Providing individual and small-group support
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Supporting literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and good classroom routines
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential
