The Role

• Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Foster children's confidence, independence and curiosity.
• Support pupils in achieving key developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and the wider school community.
• Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive Early Years team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within EYFS (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Has a nurturing approach and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
• Is committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
