Premises Manager / Site Supervisor

Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Manager to ensure one of our schools remains a safe, secure and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage the maintenance and security of the school site.
• Oversee contractors and site improvement projects.
• Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments.
• Support lettings and out-of-hours school activities where required.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have practical maintenance or facilities management experience.
• Be organised, flexible and able to work independently.
• Have a strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Take pride in maintaining high standards across the school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
