Teaching Assistants / SEND Support Staff – Worthing – Two Full-Time Long-Term Roles
Are you a calm, resilient and caring individual who wants to make a real difference to children's lives? We are looking for two committed support staff to join our school in Worthing on long-term placements, starting as soon as possible.
Role 1: Reception – ASC and Speech/Language Support
Support young children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and speech and language needs in a nurturing Reception setting.
Work alongside the class team to support a small group of three boys with SEND needs, including ASC, ADHD and demand avoidance. You will help manage classroom dynamics and behaviour, and keep learning on track for every child.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expect all staff to share this commitment. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, identity and right-to-work checks, and an enhanced DBS check (including the Children's Barred List check) in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidance.
Apply today to secure your place on our team. Early applications are encouraged as we are looking to fill both roles immediately.
