Teaching Assistants Wanted | Full-Time | Primary Schools across Worthing, Bognor & Chichester

Teach South Sussex is recruiting enthusiastic, caring Teaching Assistants on behalf of a large and well-established Academy Trust with primary schools across Worthing, Bognor Regis and Chichester.

The Role If you love helping children learn and grow, this is your chance to make a real difference. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside class teachers to support pupils' learning, wellbeing and development, whether that's helping small groups with reading and maths, supporting individual children who need extra help, or contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

These are full-time positions in primary schools, with a variety of opportunities available across the Trust.

About You

• Previous experience working with children is essential. This could be in a school, nursery, childcare setting, youth group or similar.
• You're patient, positive and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children's progress.
• You communicate well with pupils, teachers and colleagues.
• You're reliable, proactive and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• You're happy to work in a team and take direction from class teachers.
